A Lory and an Eaglet

For my Alice Project. Check out the folder for more images related to this project.

Still working on this, I have more animals to draw swimming in Alice's pool of tears.

Reference used for the animals, but I feel like the greys make the lory look a bit like a pigeon. My reference was a rainbow lory, but I had to take some liberties with the shades for contrast. I'm not sure if I'll add more detail to the lory yet.

Illustrator CS3, about an hour total.
